About Gyrotonic®


The Gyrotonic® Method is a movement system designed to open the spine, strengthen the core, and create length through spirals, breath, and three-dimensional motion.

It blends the fluidity of dance, the grounding of yoga, and the expansion of breathwork — all while keeping your joints supported.


My sessions are tailored to your body, your goals, and the way you move.

MEET ISABELLA


I’ve been a dancer my entire life — ballet was my first language, my first discipline, and my first home.

But in 2018, I tore my meniscus, and everything changed. I could no longer train the way I used to. Ballet — the thing that shaped my identity — became painful and inaccessible. For years, I felt disconnected from my body and the art that built me.


Then in 2023, I discovered the Gyrotonic® Method, and it completely transformed my life.

The spirals, the breath, the joint support, the length — it gave me a new way to move. A way to heal. A way to feel strong, expressive, and athletic again without pain. Gyrotonic didn’t just restore my body… it restored my confidence, my artistry, and my relationship with movement.

Because of that transformation, I committed fully to the method.

In 2025, I became a Certified Gyrotonic® Level 1 Trainer, and I also earned my certification on the Jumping-Stretching Board (“the JSB”) — known in dance communities for building powerful legs, resilient joints, and dynamic coordination.


Now, I help dancers, creatives, and everyday movers rebuild their bodies the way I rebuilt mine.

With clarity, warmth, and a deep understanding of injury, artistry, and recovery, I guide my clients toward movement that feels strong, open, and sustainably beautiful.
